Rider Fit supports the whole equestrian partnership by helping riders improve their strength, mobility, recovery and confidence while providing carefully selected wellness products for horses and riders.
Founded by Kris Fiser, Rider Fit draws on her experience in massage, strength training, stretch therapy and multiple equestrian disciplines. Kris understands the physical demands riding places on the body and offers practical education and resources designed around the needs of equestrians.
