Ready to Ride Training, Inc. provides colt starting, full time training, riding lessons, horse camps, and much more!
We continually receive recommendations and referrals for our children’s horseback riding lessons, extensive youth and adult riding as well as horse camps and training experiences.
We are committed to safety, fundamental riding skills and overall horse care and awareness. It is our goal to teach something new every opportunity we get!
We are based on the belief that horses and riders must work as a team to achieve the highest level of success. We understand that there are many different opinions about horse care and riding and take pride in our ability to create plans that meet the needs of the horses, riders, owners and the staff of Ready to Ride.
Ready to Ride provides you with lessons by private instruction or group. Our short stirrup offers options for riders aged 7 and under. Spring and Summer camps are five day programs.
The Training program brings several options to fit the needs of your horse, from full training to part-time training. In addition to work under saddle, our horse training includes ground manners, clipping, bathing, tying, hauling, sacking out, exposure to environmental factors, and schooling shows (if desired).
Interested in having a one on one relationship with a horse, but not ready to own one? We have horses that you can lease as you improve your horsemanship skills. And when you are ready we will be there to assist in locating the right horse for you.
