Deb is a third generation horse trainer living with in the Kittitas valley of eastern Washington. High Country Training is also home to her reining and cow horse husband Kim and their son Ryan James.
Deb has been judging Arabian horse shows since 1991. In 1996, she became a recognized NRHA judge and in 2002 NRCHA as well.
