As women over 40, you often face relentless stress and burnout for simply being a master of “all the things”. It can leave you feeling depleted, and that’s why we created this program. This summer, we invite you to join us for a one-day, equine‑assisted mindfulness-based stress management program. This simple program empowers you reclaim your resilience and regain your well‑being. The experience itself is designed with practical, evidence‑based tools—combining mindful practices and the natural biofeedback of horses.

What to Expect:

In this 1-Day workshop, you will experience a condensed version of our 4-week program:

Part 1 – Sensing & Presence: Learn to recognize your unique stress signals and see how our horses reflect your internal state.

Part 2 – Boundaries & Regulation: Develop the skills to set healthy boundaries and quickly reset in high-pressure moments.

Part 3 – Resilience Resources: Build a toolkit of personal strengths and resilience strategies, using hands-on equine experiences.

Part – Integration & Sustainable Practice: Create a customized, sustainable plan to integrate these practices into your everyday life.
