Look Ma, No Mud! A Stanwood-area Farm Tour

Reserve your spot to meet a horse owner who became her own drainage and footing expert. Chat with her about ways she

-minimizes mud even in the wettest winters,
-manages manure faster and easier,
-keeps her horses happy, healthy, and moving all winter long, and
-contributes to the health and cleanliness of her nearby streams.

The star of Lyn’s farm is her drainage system. She knows where all the water goes all over her property and has conveyances to move it to places she wants and needs it, including a pond created just for water collection that now provides great habitat and grows trees for shade.

Come get ideas for your own property from Lyn’s time-tested water and manure management methods and horse-centered paddocks.

The tour address will be emailed to you in September.
