HORSES FOR HEROES
TAKE THE REIGNS ON STRESS
Presenting three unique and complimentary event dates, led by Equine Psychotherapist: Lisa Dorner-Zupancic.
Our Horses for Heroes program offers hands-on, interactive experiences designed specifically for military personnel seeking self-discovery, resilience, and well-being through the power of equine connection.
Participants will engage in a variety of equine-assisted therapies, horsemanship activities, and mindfulness practices, all tailored to foster personal growth and healing.
PROGRAM
Develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences Strengthen communication skills, emotional regulation, and resilience Use the unique connection with horses to explore and process emotions in a supportive, judgment-free environment
Learn mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and enhance overall mental well-being
Each session date offers different content -attend one, two, or all three based on your interests and schedule. Choose one session per event date. No prior horse experience is necessary;
just come as you arecand let the healing begin.
