About The Venue
Havens Stable is an arena facility set up to provide everything you may need during your stay.
With timber and national forests all around us, and great open pastures for courses and challenges to be set up on.
We have showers and bathrooms available on location, as well as 10 covered stalls and 10 non covered stalls, an indoor arena and an outdoor arena.

Come enjoy our rural area and all that we have to offer!

Dry Camping is available, as is the shower/bathroom area. All buildings are handicap accessible.

Reserve stalls when you register on line (Please bring your own shavings)

Personal pens are allowed, please add to reservation when registering online per equine so we can space out parking as necessary.

Event Details
Saturday

Obstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome.

Trail Challenge (TC) – a relaxing trail ride with judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome.

Sunday

The Terrain
The competition area is relatively flat in a fenced off portion of a hay field. Normal hard ground footing, may be smaller rocks, all large rocks will be moved prior to competition.

The trail course terrain is located adjacent to the arena and obstacle course area. It has similar footing to the obstacle course. The course will take you through trees, open pasture and hayfield areas. There will be a beat down path for everyone to follow as well, marked thoroughly through out the whole course.

Meals
We will be having a potluck dinner following the trail course competition on Saturday. Feel free to bring a side dish or a dessert, we will provide the main course.

Saturday for lunch we will have a local booth set up with asian cuisine. Or feel free to bring your own lunch.

As well as our coffee vendor will be set up from the morning till mid afternoon.

Sunday we will do a burger and hot dog lunch before and during awards!

Awards
Beautiful ribbons – 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin’ (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer.

Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) – Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!

Equine Awards – Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine.

Rider Awards – You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.

Additional Fees
Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.

Registering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.
