About The Venue
Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center (EOTEC) is the newest meeting and arena facility in Eastern Oregon. Built on 55 acres with beautiful facilities that is attractive, safe, and state of the art. We will have use of the large outdoor arena, smaller warm-up arena, plenty of RV hook-ups, and stalls for everyone.
Restaurants and shopping nearby. Conveniently located just off HWY 395, home of the famous Farm City Pro Rodeo.
All horses will be required to be in a stall at EOTEC, no self-containment is allowed at this facility, nor are they allowed to be tied to your trailers.
Amenities:
100 RV sites with water and electricity
50 + stalls 12X12
Clean bathrooms and showers
Dry camping available
Pets allowed on leash only. (must be on leash at all times)
No horses in camping area, we will have 4-wheelers available to help with tack. (tack stalls are available).
Our Trail Challenge will be held off site at Warehouse Beach just 11 miles away.
Event Details
Friday
Trail Challenge (TC) – a relaxing trail ride with judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome.
Saturday
In Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size, breed, and age.
Obstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome
Sunday

The Terrain
Warehouse Beach: Gravel roads, sandy trails with some rock, shoes or boots recommend. We will be parking in both the beach side parking lot and the upper trail parking lot.

Pizza Hut delivers plus Uber Eats is available
Potluck Saturday Night: Hamburgers’ will be served. Please bring your favorite side dish.

Beautiful ribbons – 1st-6th place Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17), 1st-3rd place Youngin’ (age 7-12), and 1st place Newcomer.
Lifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) – Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards!
Equine Awards – Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine.
Rider Awards – You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper, bronze, silver, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden.

Additional Fees
Payment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration.
Registering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.
Additional Opportunities
For those competitors that wish to come in a day early, Karen and Jim have opened their place up for travelers. Limited number of stalls, (15) and limited parking. Please Contact Karen if you would like to make arrangements.
