Originally from New Zealand, I moved to Sequim, located on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State, in 1991. I’ve always enjoyed horses, following the rodeo circuit and being an active trail rider from a young age. At age 14, I started shoeing my own horse and by the time I was 18 I went into business for myself full time and started Chris’ Farrier Service in 1996.
