The Chap Lady — Custom Western Show Chaps

I’m Lori, and I’ve been creating custom western show chaps for more than 30 years. My customers ride and compete on Quarter Horse, Paint, Appaloosa, and Arabian circuits, as well as in NRHA, NRCHA, and NCHA events throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Choose from five weights of leather and two weights of Ultrasuede in a wide variety of colors. Whether you know exactly what you want or need help exploring the options, I’d enjoy creating a pair just for you.

Quality Construction

My chaps combine carefully selected materials with attention to detail. Construction features include top and boot-cuff yokes, reinforced thighs, an adjustable front belt, YKK brass zippers, separately sewn-in fringe, and strong thread.

Custom Details

Personalize your chaps with options such as:

• Swarovski crystals, nailheads, and silver conchos
• Leg diamonds and buck stitching
• Tooled or exotic-leather yokes
• Two-tone double fringe and inlay work
• Neoprene thigh inserts
